Q: How long will it take to deliver after I order?

Our shop only carries carefully selected items from overseas.

Your ordered products will be carefully inspected and packaged one by one at our local warehouse before being delivered to you.

Therefore, it takes an average of 10 to 20 days from the time we confirm your payment until delivery.

Additionally, delivery may take longer depending on the volume of orders, customs procedures, and delivery area.

Please be aware of this beforehand and enjoy shopping with peace of mind.

After arriving in Japan, domestic shipping will take approximately 5 days .

*If you use convenience store payment, we will purchase the product after confirming your payment.
Therefore, the item may be out of stock before you make your payment.

As we carry many popular items, we recommend that you make your payment as soon as possible .

Q: How much is shipping?

If your purchase totals 10,000 yen or more , we will deliver your order free of charge (free shipping to Okinawa and Hokkaido for purchases over 13,000 yen) .
Standard shipping costs are 500 yen per item.
Please note that delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands costs 1,500 yen.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?

As the item will be shipped from overseas, we are unable to specify a delivery date and time .
We appreciate your understanding.

Q: Can I get gift wrapping?

We apologize, but we are currently not offering gift wrapping services .
We appreciate your understanding.

Q. Please tell me the delivery status.

All products will be delivered using a shipping method that supports tracking services .

You can check the delivery status by entering the tracking number listed in the [Product Shipping Notification Email] sent to you after shipping on the shipping company's official website.

Once your package arrives in Japan, it will be possible to track it once the number has been registered by the delivery company.
Therefore, if you see "Invoice number not registered" when checking, it means that the registration process has not yet been completed.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?

If the product you receive is clearly different from what you ordered, or if it is damaged or soiled, we will provide a refund or exchange .

In that case, please keep the shipping label attached at the time of shipment and contact us within 3 days of receiving the product .

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons , such as differences in image or size.
